Casino Purple: the one official address, and how to recognise it

Casino Purple runs from a single casino address, casinopurple.info. This page is where we say so in our own words, so that a search for our name lands you in the right lobby.

Updated 31 October 2026 · by the site team

Why does a search for "Casino Purple" show so many sites?

Because our name is worth something to people who do not run our casino. Over 2026 a run of look-alike domains appeared, each with a purple logo, a "Play now" button and copy that borrows our name in every heading. Click through and you end up registering somewhere else entirely, often with a different welcome offer and none of the account history you may already have with us.

We cannot stop anyone buying a domain. What we can do is publish, on sites we own, the plain facts: one casino address, one welcome code, one login box. Everything on this site points back to casinopurple.info and nowhere else that takes deposits.

What exactly is the official address?

Type casinopurple.info into the address bar, or tap the button below. That is the lobby, the cashier and the account area in one place. The other sites in our small network, such as the UK guide at casinopurple.org.uk, are information sites: they explain things and link to the casino, but you never log in or pay on them.

How do I know I am on the real Casino Purple?

Three checks take less than a minute:

• The address bar. It should read casinopurple.info, with nothing before "casinopurple" and nothing other than ".info" after it.
• The login box. Ours asks for a username, not an email address. A copy that wants your email and password in the first field has been built by someone guessing.
• The money. We never ask for a "verification deposit" or a fee to unlock a withdrawal. Identity documents are requested before a first payout; money is not.

The full list of domains we have checked, and what each one does, is on real vs fake Casino Purple sites.

What does a new account get?

A 100% match on the first deposit with the code PURPLE100. Our promotions page lists it as up to €2,500, so a €100 deposit becomes €200 to play with. The code is not applied for you: it goes into the cashier before you confirm the payment. Leaving it out is a perfectly good choice too, and your balance is then simply your own money with nothing to play through. The conditions behind the code, and how to enter it without missing the window, are on the Casino Purple bonus code page.

What is inside the lobby?

When the lobby was counted on 23 September 2026 it held 3,921 games and 213 live dealer tables. The tabs across the top are Slots, SportsBook, Live, Bingo, Arcade and Video Poker, and the sportsbook shares the same balance as the casino, so there is no second wallet to fund. The interface switches between more than twenty languages, English and French included, from the menu at the top.

About 590 games can be opened in demo mode without a deposit, which is a relaxed way to learn how a slot's bonus round behaves before you play it for real.

Can I play on my phone?

Yes. Casino Purple has an app for iOS and Android that installs straight from the site: there is an install button on casinopurple.info, and on an iPhone the same result comes from Safari's Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen on the same account as the desktop. The steps for each phone are on the Casino Purple app page.

Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?

Our support team is in the live chat inside casinopurple.info, staffed from 11:00 to 21:00 GMT according to the contact page. Because you open the chat yourself on the official site, you always know who you are talking to; anyone reaching out elsewhere in our name to ask for money or a password is not us. More on that, and on what to put in a message so it is answered first time, on contact and support.

Forgotten how to get in?

The login uses your username. A forgotten password is reset with the username and the account email together, and a forgotten username has its own recovery link in the same box. The step-by-step version, with the mistakes we see most often, is on Casino Purple login.

18+ only. Casino Purple is entertainment: decide what an evening is worth to you before the first deposit and stop when it is spent.
